This is something we are hearing more and more. And speaking of hearing things: we are among the top 100 most innovative companies in Germany in 2023 for the 3rd time in a row, and we are the official FOCUS Growth Champion for 2022. We have offices in our Swabian hometown of Reutlingen (Germany), in Germany’s start-up capital Berlin and in Tunis, the Silicon Valley of North Africa.
In a nutshell: we develop our own digital solutions for medium-sized customers and global players, from high-performance software to web developments, ensuring the highest level of data protection and offering consultation services from someone who understands their business. And if you can think of anything else you need, we are happy to oblige!
Because with us, you can really achieve something – like fully displaying your creativity. As a User Experience Designer. No boredom, no grey on grey, no cramping your imagination.
Of course not – you will be working with a crossover team of highly qualified software developers, business economists, system engineers, designers and concept developers. And if there is anything else you need, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.
To expand our team, we are looking for a User Experience Designer (m/w/d) for our office in Berlin. Alternatively, we also offer the possibility to work remotely for the most part. Depending on your preference and location, we talk about presence times 1-2 per month - from a few days to a maximum of one week - in Berlin.
A modern, international working environment in an open and cooperative environment, where you will deal with challenging topics, backed by innovative technology and executed to the highest professional standards, with tangible benefits for you as well as for our partners and customers.
And that’s not all: flexible working time models, employee discounts, mobile office, smartphone, company pension scheme, subsidised gym membership, employee events, job bike.
You are involved in every phase of our strategic design process and establish innovative UX concepts for our software applications with our project teams, thereby further advancing the development of our kameon products.
If Design Thinking, Atomic Design, or Mobile First are not gibberish to you, but rather part of your everyday vocabulary and tools, then you’ve come to the right place.
We look forward to receiving your detailed online application. Your contact person for this position is Laura Soletzki from the People & Culture team.
