This is something we are hearing more and more. Of course not from our constantly growing customer base of medium-sized companies, corporations and associations. They often already know us from many successful projects. We work on them in our Swabian home town of Reutlingen as well as in locations in Berlin and Tunis, the Silicon Valley of North Africa.

Ok, and what is it you do?

In a nutshell: we help companies at all levels through the jungle of digitalisation and regulatory requirements. We do this by developing software solutions that meet all security and quality requirements. But we also offer our customers comprehensive support in the areas of governance, risk management and compliance. And if you can think of anything else you need, we are happy to oblige!

To expand our team, we are looking for a Software Developer Mobile Android (all genders) for our office in Reutlingen or Berlin, to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• You create individual solutions for every business challenge: Develop mobile applications that enable our partners to organize and even optimize their work processes efficiently. Adapts our applications to the specific needs of our customers and provides customized solutions. You continuously develop our product portfolio of mobile applications for the kameon platform.
• You bring new ideas into the development process and are always on the pulse of new trends and technologies.
• Setting up apps with the help of Kotlin, Android SDK and common design principles and patterns runs easily with you and is not a hurdle.

Your talent

• You use dynamic UIs, fragments, and design patterns for Android architecture components, OOP, and architecture patterns such as MVP, MVVM, and Clean Architecture as if from a single source.
• You have experience with dependency injection frameworks like Koin, Dagger 2 or Hilt
• You have a proven track record of working with REST and JSON-based web services
• You are not satisfied until you have added tests to your codebase. Therefore, you have experience with JUnit for unit testing and Espresso for UI testing.
• You are an experienced user of Gradle, Git.
• You have a very good technical degree (e.g. Computer Engineering, Business) with at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of software development.
• Quality awareness and willingness to learn regarding technological developments
• Structured, goal-oriented, self-dependent way of working with high solution orientation
• Enthusiasm, good communication skills and team spirit
• Good knowledge of English
