This is something we are hearing more and more. Of course not from our constantly growing customer base of medium-sized companies, corporations and associations. They often already know us from many successful projects. We work on them in our Swabian home town of Reutlingen as well as in locations in Berlin and Tunis, the Silicon Valley of North Africa.

Ok, and what is it you do?

In a nutshell: we help companies at all levels through the jungle of digitalisation and regulatory requirements. We do this by developing software solutions that meet all security and quality requirements. But we also offer our customers comprehensive support in the areas of governance, risk management and compliance. And if you can think of anything else you need, we are happy to oblige!

To expand our team, we are looking for a Personal branding expert / LinkedIn manager (all genders) for our office in Reutlingen or Berlin, to startin April 2025, part-time (50%), for our office in Reutlingen or Berlin.

Your tasks

Do you love putting people in the spotlight on LinkedIn and showcasing their expertise? Do you want to strategically develop and manage the LinkedIn presence of our employees and executives?
Then this job is absolutely perfect for you:

  • You will work closely with the people behind the LinkedIn profiles to ensure an authentic and engaging public image.
  • You develop individual content and branding strategies to position the profile owners as recognised experts in their fields.
  • You prepare up-to-date content in a visual and media-friendly way so that it generates attention in the LinkedIn feed and is easy to understand.
  • You take care of the community management of the profiles and ensure that communication remains coherent through targeted briefings.
  • You develop creative and, ideally, viral ideas for the visual implementation of relevant topics and coordinate content creation with the creative team.
  • You are responsible for the strategic expansion of reach (growth hacking) and support through active networking and targeted commenting on relevant posts.

Your talent

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably with a focus on social media (especially LinkedIn).
  • Strategic thinking skills that enable you to provide clear recommendations for action.
  • The ability to put yourself in other people's shoes and understand individual needs.
  • Enjoyment of research and the professional preparation of content.
  • A good sense of attention-grabbing visuals, media formats and topics.
  • Ideally, you are already active on LinkedIn and know the platform, its algorithms and relevant KPIs.
  • You are fluent in German and have a very good knowledge of English.
