This is something we are hearing more and more. Of course not from our constantly growing customer base of medium-sized companies, corporations and associations. They often already know us from many successful projects. We work on them in our Swabian home town of Reutlingen as well as in locations in Berlin and Tunis, the Silicon Valley of North Africa.

Ok, and what is it you do?

In a nutshell: we help companies at all levels through the jungle of digitalisation and regulatory requirements. We do this by developing software solutions that meet all security and quality requirements. But we also offer our customers comprehensive support in the areas of governance, risk management and compliance.
And if you can think of anything else you need, we are happy to oblige!

To expand our team, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (all genders) for our office in Reutlingen or Berlin, to start as soon as possible. Working from your home office is also an option.

Your tasks

  • Identification and development of new business areas and expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Analyzing market trends, competitors and potential partnerships to develop growth opportunities
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales and growth targets
  • Working closely with the sales and technical departments to create customer-specific offers and solutions
  • Maintaining and expanding the network of business partners, suppliers and customers
  • Preparation of market and competition analyses as well as regular reporting to management

Your talent

  • You ideally have a successfully completed university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in business development, strategy, consulting or similar activities
  • Technical leadership personality paired with a friendly, professional and assertive personality profile characterize you
  • Proven track record in establishing and pursuing sustainable business opportunities would be desirable
  • You have a strategic mindset and a feel for markets and trends
  • An analytical mindset as well as goal- and result-oriented work are your strengths
  • You are characterized by very good communication, a high level of solution orientation and assertiveness both in an internal environment and in direct customer contact
  • A high degree of personal responsibility and flexibility combined with the ability to work under pressure in stressful situations are a matter of course for you
  • Good presentation skills, business fluent very good written and spoken German and English skills are required
